In furtherance to the mandate given to the All Progressives Congress United Kingdom (APC UK) by the National Working Committee (NWC) to organise and conduct a congress for the smooth running of the party in the country, the party in the UK has fixed 1st of April for the congress.
The congress, which will be supervised by a member of the National Working Committee and the Nigerian Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Amb. Sarafa Tunji Ishola will be held at the Holiday Inn Express London Greenwich, an IHG Hotel, Bugsbys Way, Greenwich, London, SE10 0GD, United Kingdom.
According to the Congress Committee, there are 29 positions to be contested at the Congress and the criteria for eligibility to contest and to vote is holding APC UK Membership card and be up-to-date with our monthly subscriptions in the last 6 months.
Any party members interested in contesting for any of the Executive positions listed hereunder is required to pay a prescribed nomination fee for the various offices of their choice.
While speaking over the Congress, the Interim Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in the United Kingdom, J K Adebola expressed happiness over the event adding that the Congress will bring an end to the division that has paralysed the party over the years in the country.
